Substance Use & Recovery Services
Intensive Outpatient Services
Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) helps individuals develop skills and strategies to minimize the impact of substance use in their lives. Participants in the IOP program receive education about interrupting the cycle of addiction, strengthening recovery skills and preventing relapse. Group counseling provides the opportunity to discuss the experience of putting these new skills into practice.
Case Management Services
These services are provided to adults and adolescents determined to have substance use needs. An assessment will be completed to ensure that individuals meet the criteria for this service. Case managers provide ongoing assessment of needs and help to coordinate services. Their overall objective is to support therapeutic goals and recovery as well as to improve quality of life.
Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT)
OBAT links individuals to a team of providers who can offer clinical services and medication to support recovery. Programming includes meeting with a medical provider to evaluate appropriateness for medication. Individuals are also provided with therapeutic support to help achieve recovery goals. Care coordination further supports overall wellness and quality of life.
Outpatient Therapy
PCS offers outpatient therapy to address substance use needs. These services are provided both individually and in a group setting. Service providers partner with individuals to develop goals for recovery and work to implement a plan to achieve them. The frequency and duration of services depend upon the needs of the individual.
Adult Drug Treatment Court
Our mission is to reduce incarceration by providing an alternative path to recovery. In treatment court, providers work with law enforcement, probation, defense, prosecution and the judge to hold participants accountable and provide ongoing support.
